Lawslot

A lawyer specialising in corporate transactional work, I am based in the South West, living on the north east edge of Dartmoor, which we can see from our bedroom window but on which we never seem to spend enough time.

I started my career in the professional 100 Acre Wood as one of many Piglets, spent a long time as Pooh (avoiding as many Tiggers as I was able to) and these days would like to be seen as Owl. I fear, however, that at times I incline rather more to Eeyore.

As well as my legal practice, I hold a number of South West non-executive directorships and trusteeships, have been involved in both teaching and thinking about professional conduct and ethics for some years, and speak at seminars and workshops on risk, practice management standards, and enterprise.
